As an authorized reseller for the brands we carry we are contractually bound to advertise certain products at their Minimum Advertised Price (MAP). According to these agreements, which vary in details from vendor to vendor, the retailer can sell an item for any price, but may not advertise the item for an amount less than the Minimum Advertised Price in which is set by the supplier.
We have a specialized team that constantly updates and revises our prices and those of our competition. This makes sure we keep the competitive advantage that we have enjoyed for over four decades. And if you happen to find a credible source that has a lower price than us, let us know! We will beat any competitor’s price. Please understand that for demand purposes some items might not be eligible for our price match policy.
At AVCSTORE, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you want to return your ONLINE PURCHASE, you can do so within 7 days of the online purchase date. All products returns must be in unused sealed condition. A minimum 15% restocking fee will be assessed.
If the item is missing any parts, we reserve the right not to accept the return or provide refund. If the product shows signs of use, up to a 50% restocking fee will be applied.
AVCStore does not refund any shipping or handling charges. All return shipping charges must be paid by the buyer.
Claims for missing or damaged in transit items must be received within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise, otherwise we will not be responsible for performing any replacement, refund or exchanges.
All returns must be processed with an RMA number. For instructions on how to receive an RMA please look at our FAQs. RMA numbers are valid for 7 days.
Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment method as tendered at the time of purchase. If payment was made by check, the refund check will be issued after 10 business days from the date of purchase.
AVCSTORE is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise. In addition, we do not take any responsibility for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.
No Return Or Exchange On The Following Items:
TVs or monitors 32″ and larger once any of the packaging has been opened.
<Computers, software and hardware once any of the manufacturer’s packaging has been opened.
All consumable items (e.g., film, tapes, paper, bulbs, CD, DVDs, video games, etc) once unwrapped.
Any computers built or modified by AVC STORE to customer’s specifications.
Specially Ordered merchandise.
Underwater equipment that has been submerged.
Educational tapes and books once unwrapped.
Any product bought on clearance or final sale.
AVCStore ships with FedEx, USPS and UPS. Shipping fees are calculated on a combined basis of weight, value (for insurance purposes), and destination. Some orders are shipped in multiple parcels. We do not add additional fees to your order if we ship in multiple parcels. We reserve the right to choose the most convenient delivery service depending on your location.
To avoid higher than normal shipping and duty charges, orders containing multiple items located in different warehouses will be consolidated in one location prior to shipping. Therefore, your order may be delayed by an extra business day. We will notify you via email, if your order is to be delayed.
All of our shipments are sent insured and with tracking information for security and fraud avoidance purposes. Shipments under $50 will be sent without signature required. Shipments between $50 and $250 will be sent with indirect signature required. All shipments over $250 will be sent using direct signature. All TV’s will be sent using direct signature required, since we will notify the purchaser of some specific instructions to ensure proper delivery of the TV.
If an order is refused or returned to us as undeliverable AVCStore will not refund the original shipping and handling cost.
For shipments to Russia, the maximum order value (including shipping charges) is 5000 Rubles per shipment. We do not ship to Iran, Sudan, Cuba, Syria or North Korea. Orders being shipped to Nigeria, Ghana, Uganda and Georgia may be subject to additional verification. We will email you if your order will be delayed.
Any customs charge will be the responsibility of the buyer. Some items may be restricted from being imported into certain countries. AVCStore will not be responsible if the buyer does not investigate before placing an order.
All the repair estimates cost $45.If you decide to approve the repair job, the $45 goes towards the repair estimate.The estimate would take at least 5 business days.Once approved, time frame for the repair would depend on the parts needed to complete the repair and their availability.We would never execute a repair order without the customer consent in written form.Once the repair is done and the equipment is returned to our store, the customer have a maximum time of 30 days, after this period of time AVC Store reserve the right to sell it or auction it the equipment to recover the amount of the repair.Un-claimed repairs will be discarded after 6 months.
Local Sales Tax
Since AVCStore is based and incorporated in the state of Florida, all transactions must comply with Florida’s State regulations. If the order is shipped within the state, the law requires that local sales tax be added to the order total including the amount of the shipping charge. We do not collect tax for orders shipped out of the state of Florida. State taxes may vary from time to time, but don’t worry; we constantly update our store to ensure our prices are up-to-date.
Government, education, non-profit organizations, public charities, churches and other religious organizations usually qualify for tax-exempt purchases. To apply for a tax-exempt account, please contact us before purchasing.
Solely the manufacturer or distributor warrants products sold by AVC Store unless otherwise indicated. AVC Store is not liable if the manufacturer fails to perform the warranty service.
As an authorized reseller for the brands we carry, we will happily provide our customers with all details and assistance needed for them to contact the manufacturer and get service details. In some cases, we may assist with the shipping and handling of the product back to manufacturer. Please keep in mind that the customer is responsible for any shipping or handling fees. A $10 service surcharge might be added to your account, depending on the nature of your request.
Once we receive the product back from the manufacturer, we will notify you and properly store it for 90 days. AVC Store will not take any responsibility for the product or products beyond the 90 days period.
