The 35.4MP large-format VV sensor features a global shutter, eliminating the artifacts produced by rolling shutters in scenes with rapid motion or flashing lights. The XE ensures distortion-free motion capture while maintaining full detail, contrast, and dynamic range across every frame. Providing a multitude of resolution and frame-rate options, the camera captures 17:9 footage up to 8192 x 4320 when utilizing its entire VV sensor.

Sporting a single CFexpress Type B card slot, the XE records internally to a compatible media card with data rates topping out at 800 MB/s. With support for REDCODE Raw HQ recording, the XE ensures post-production flexibility for color grading, cropping, and visual effects. Built-In Controls and Monitoring

Built into the right side of the camera, the control interface features a 2.4" LCD screen with easily navigable menus, providing an AC or camera operator with comprehensive control over in-camera format selection and other important functions. Dual 12G-SDI ports deliver unique monitoring views, while a USB-C port outputs data at up to 250 MB/s.

Advanced Connectivity

Supporting both wired and wireless IP connectivity, the XE allows cloud-based collaboration and app-based remote camera control. When used with RED's RF to PL Adapter with electronic ND filters, the XE allows ND strength to be continuously adjusted over Wi-Fi in fine increments of 1/100 of a stop.

The V-RAPTOR RF to PL Adapter with Electronic ND Filter Pack from RED DIGITAL CINEMA integrates the same precise electronic ND (neutral density) control used in the V-RAPTOR XL into a robust PL-mount solution for the RED V-RAPTOR.

Easy Exposure Control

This pack includes an RF to PL lens mount adapter, an electronic ND filter with a 2- to 7-stop range, and a clear filter to use with the mount adapter when an ND is not required. Control the ND filter via integrated buttons, DSMC3 RED Touch 7.0 LCD, RED Control, RED Control Pro, web interface, or any RCP2 compatible remote for easy exposure access in any configuration. The adapter also supports Cooke /i lens communications and ZEISS XD data pass-through.

Drop-Ship items will be shipped to us from our supplier before being shipped to you. Oversized items that don’t fit Parcel Services standards will be shipped via an International freight forwarder via Door-to-Airport or Door-to-Door service, depending on your location. The carrier will call you to inform you of your delivery method.

Refused or Returned Deliveries
