ORDERS
How do I cancel my order?
We are so sorry to hear you need to cancel your order! But don't worry, we are here to help. If your order has not shipped, you may send an email to support@avcstore.com and request a cancelation. If your order has already shipped, sadly we cannot cancel. You may refuse the package or ship it back once it arrives!
Can I purchase from outside the United States?
Yes, you can make a purchase from outside the USA, but please note that we only offer shipping within the USA. ( Continental US + Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico)
What types of payments do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods: all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, and Klarna.
SHIPPING
When will my order be shipped?
Thank you for choosing AVC Store for your order! We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Your order will be dispatched within 24 hours of placement. Please note that slight shipping delays may occur, contingent upon our warehouse logistics.
Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday. For orders placed after 5pm, kindly be advised that processing will commence on the subsequent business day.
Do you ship outside the United States?
We are not authorized to ship outside the USA. We can work logistics with each Customer to help them get the necessary merchandise with a third party shipper of their choice.
Why does my order include a shipping charge if AVC offers free shipping over $50?
All qualified orders over $50 will be ship for free, except for products within categories as oversize, heavy, flammable or fragile. In this case, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges. Our website automatically calculate for those categories shipping cost at checkout.
How do you calculate shipping and delivery dates?
Our automated system calculates shipping based on location and weight.
RETURNS
I would like to return my merchandise, what should I do?
1. Make sure to read over our Returns Policy before proceeding.
2. If your merchandise does qualify for return, you must request an RMA. You may do so by emailing us to support@avcstore.com
3. Send a copy of the email with the return confirmation or the RMA number with your return. This will ensure we can identify who the returned merchandise belongs to. If possible, send a copy of the invoice as well.
I received an item that is different from the one I ordered.
1. First of all, we apologize! We try our best to coordinate with our warehouse and ensure all customer satisfaction.
2. Please contact us immediately and we will arrange the RMA and a Call Tag so you can send the product back to us at no expense to you. Our email is support@avcstore.com
3. Once we receive the incorrectly sent item, we will expedite the shipment of the item you ordered.
How long do I have to return an item(s)?
At AVC STORE, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you want to return your ONLINE PURCHASE, you can do so within 7 days of the online purchase date. All product returns must be in unused sealed condition. A minimum 15% restocking fee will be assessed.
If the item is missing any parts, we reserve the right not to accept the return or provide refund. If the product shows signs of use, up to a 50% restocking fee will be applied.
AVC Store does not refund any shipping or handling charges. All return shipping charges must be paid by the buyer.
Claims for missing or damaged in transit items must be received within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise, otherwise we will not be responsible for performing any replacement, refund or exchanges.
All returns must be processed with an RMA number. For instructions on how to receive an RMA please look at our FAQs. RMA numbers are valid for 7 days.
TRACKING
I placed my order through the website, how do I get tracking information?
Your tracking information will automatically be uploaded by our system once our warehouse processes the order! Please allow at least 24 hours for the order to be process
I placed my order over the phone with a sales person, how can I track my shipment?
In this case, your sales rep will have to email you directly the tracking as it will be outside the scope of the website! Please request this directly from your sales rep in our store.
I made a purchase over a week ago and I still have not received my merchandise.
1. Don’t panic, we insure all outgoing merchandise for a reason!
2. Check your email to make sure that we did not notify you that your order was going to be delayed for some reason.
3. Check the tracking information we provided you with. You should see an estimated delivery date. If the estimated delivery date has passed, please contact us with a short description of your issue and the tracking number. Our team will look into the issue and follow up with you with more information.
4. Shipments made overseas can take up to 2 months to be delivered. Normally, the delays happen in customs so you may need to contact your country’s customs authority for more details (make sure to provide them the tracking number, shipping carrier and package contents information).
WARRANTY
The product I bought is not functioning properly.
1. We highly recommend that you first contact the manufacturer of the product and speak to their customer support specialists. They have dedicated personnel that can assist you with in-depth troubleshooting with their products. Also, manufacturers will sometimes replace the item without any costs to you, or they might even repair if for free.
2. If you are within the 7 day period for AVCStore returns, please review our return policy and contact us.
