How It Works 

Store pick up lets you buy items online and pick them in in-store.
You avoid shipping and scheduled delivery charges — and you may be able to get your order faster.

Place your order online. We will send you an email confirming your online order.

Wait to receive a “Ready for pick up” email. This is a separate e-mail from your order confirmation.

Bring your ID, credit card, and order number to the store and pick up your items.

WHAT TO BRING TO THE STORE 

Your government-issued photo ID The credit card used for the purchase (if a credit card was used). Your order number. If you cannot pick up your order within 5 days, you may either call or contact customer service at 305-717-0902 to prevent your order from being canceled and extend your store pick up time frame.

WHO CAN PICK UP YOUR ORDER 

You can pick up your order yourself or choose someone else to pick it up. To have your order picked up by someone else, you must select that option during checkout. You’ll need to provide the pickup person’s name, e-mail address and phone number. Your pick up person will need to show his/her ID and the order number at the the store. Only you — or the person you’ve told us will pick up your order — can pick up your items.

CHANGING OR CANCELING ORDER 

To change or cancel a store pickup order, call us at 305-717-0902. Please have your credit card information and order number ready.
To switch from shipping to store pick up, call within one hour of placing your order.
To switch from store pick up to shipping, call any time. This option is not available for cell phones and mobile devices with plans.
We will hold your items at the store for 5 days. If you don’t pick up your items by then, we will cancel the order and refund your method of payment.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION 

There is no charge for store pick up.
Products may be larger than expected due to their packing. Please keep this in mind when considering what vehicle you use to pick up your order.
Allow extra time to pick up large items.
Virtual and one-time-use credit cards cannot be used for store pick up.
Pre-ordered items will be available for pickup on or after their release date.
