Can I bring my own equipment to the studio?
While we provide a comprehensive set of professional equipment, you are welcome to bring your own gear. However, please inform us in advance to ensure compatibility and seamless integration with our studio setup.
Is there a limit to the number of people allowed in the studio during a recording session?
Our studio pricing accommodates a podcasting team of up to 4 people/ speakers. If you have a larger group, please email us for pricing as the amount of equipment changes.
Can I bring my own recording engineer or production team?
Absolutely! If you have a preferred recording engineer or production team, you are welcome to bring them along. Just inform us in advance so that we can coordinate and ensure a smooth collaboration.
Is there technical support available during the recording session?
Yes, we provide on-site technical support to assist with any setup or equipment-related issues. Our experienced team will ensure that your recording session runs smoothly.
What is the cancellation policy for studio rentals?
You can cancel your booking with a full refund if you notify the studio manager at least 48 hours before the reserved time. If there's a need to make changes within the 48-hour window, please discuss it with our associates. Please note that no-shows will not be eligible for refunds. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy.
Can I schedule a studio tour before booking a session?
Of course! We encourage you to stop by the store to familiarize yourself with our facilities. Contact us to arrange a convenient time for your visit.
