Professional Camera Repair & Maintenance Services

AVC photo video store is pleased to offer repair services on all of the brands that we carry. We use an Authorized Factory Service facility to ensure that your equipment is being repaired by trained technicians.All repair work is guaranteed for a period of 6 months or we will redo the repair at no cost to you.

For your convenience, we offer a discount of 25% from our rental department while your equipment is out for repair.

All warranty repairs require a copy of the original receipt.

• All the repair estimates cost $150. The cost of the estimate is separate from the cost of the repair.
• The estimate would take at least 5 business days.
• Once the repair cost has been provided, a form will be sent to the customer, who must indicate approval or rejection of the repair and return the form along with a valid ID or identification document. Without this, the repair—or, in the event the repair is not approved, the return of the equipment—cannot be processed. We would never execute a repair order without the customer consent in written form.
• Once approved, time frame for the repair would depend on the parts needed to complete the repair and their availability.
• Once the repair is done and the equipment is returned to our store, the customer have a maximum time of 30 days, after this period of time AVC Store reserve the right to sell it or auction it the equipment to recover the amount of the repair.
• Un-claimed repairs will be discarded after 3 months.
• REFUND POLICY: The cost of the estimate and/or the repair is non-refundable under any circumstances.
