Purchaser, by placing an order, makes an offer to purchase pursuant to these terms and conditions, which offer, if accepted by AVC photo video store, is accepted within the State of Florida. The purchaser consents to the jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Florida for the limited purpose of disputes arising from this transaction. The purchaser agrees that the laws of the State of Florida shall apply.
By opening or using a product purchased from AVC photo video store, the purchaser agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of sale set forth below. If you do not agree to these terms, please ship the product back unopened within seven (7) days of receipt.
2. Limitation of Liability
AVC photo video store will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damages resulting from the sale, non-delivery, use, or improper function of any equipment purchased. The responsibility of AVC photo video store, if any is imposed, shall be limited to the monetary value of the merchandise purchased.
All items offered for sale are subject to availability. Many products come from various domestic and international sources. Currency exchange fluctuations and manufacturer changes may occasionally affect pricing. Some items may be discontinued without prior notice. Should this apply to your order, we may contact you for instructions or cancel the order and notify you.
We make every effort to maintain an error-free website. However, in the event of a misprint, we reserve the right to correct copy or pricing to reflect the actual current status.
Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order. AVC photo video store reserves the right to decline or cancel an order or supply less than the quantity ordered at any time.
Some items are marked for educational use and may require verification (e.g., student ID).
AVC photo video store does not sell to individuals or entities intending to resell our products, including dealers, exporters, or wholesalers, and reserves the right to decline or cancel such orders.
By consenting to our SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of AVC photo video store through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Promotional messages may include specials, offers, and reminders.
Your participation is voluntary and not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

If you change your mobile number, you must re-enroll with your new number. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

These Mobile Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Miami, Florida.
An initial non-refundable fee of $150 USD is charged for all repair requests to cover shipping, handling, and administrative costs. This fee is separate from and shall not be applied toward the cost of the actual repair, regardless of whether the repair is completed or the item is deemed unrepairable.
Repair estimates will be provided within 7 to 15 business days from the date the item is received at our facility. The customer will be notified of the estimate and must approve the cost of the repair before any work is performed.
Customers must ensure that items submitted for repair do not include any accessories, such as batteries, straps, memory cards, or other personal items. AVC photo video store is not responsible for the loss or damage of any accessories included with the repair item.
Upon completion of the repair service, or in the event the item remains unrepaired at the customer’s request or by the customer’s choice, AVC Photo Video Store shall notify the customer that the item is available for pickup. A minimum of two (2) notifications will be issued via email.
AVC photo video store shall not be held liable or responsible for any item remaining unclaimed for a period exceeding one hundred eighty (180) days from the date the item was initially delivered for repair.
Any item remaining in AVC photo video store’s possession after this period shall be deemed abandoned property. AVC Photo Video Store reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to sell, auction, or otherwise dispose of such items in order to recover any costs associated with repair, storage, or administrative handling.
Pre-Owned Equipment Transactions:
Pre-owned equipment may be handled in two ways:
- Trade-In / Purchase from Customers – AVC photo video store may buy pre-owned equipment from customers, subject to evaluation and management approval.
- Sale of Pre-Owned Equipment – Pre-owned items are available for sale, and all sales are final.
Equipment Evaluation:
- Customers bringing equipment for trade-in should bring items in a sturdy bag or box; items may be left in the store for evaluation if necessary.
- Evaluations are typically completed while you wait but may take up to 48 hours.
- Equipment must power on for full evaluation, requiring at least one charged battery and a charger, or a power cable if applicable.
- All items and accessories (boxes, hoods, caps, batteries, chargers, etc.) must be present for evaluation. Any item(s) not presented at the time of trade-in/purchase will not be considered in the evaluation.
Sales and Trade-In Procedures:
- Trade-In / Purchase: Cash payments for pre-owned equipment purchased by AVC photo video store may take 1–2 business days to complete. A valid ID and fingerprint are required. All trade-in estimates are subject to management approval and are not final until the equipment is fully tested and signed off by a manager.
- Sales of Pre-Owned Items: All sales are final. Customers should inspect items carefully and ask questions before completing a purchase. As an option, a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects is available at the time of purchase.
- Restrictions: AVC photo video store does not purchase or sell drones, gimbals, or lighting equipment.
