Personalized Spatial Audio
In general, the ability to produce Spatial Audio is designed to make you feel like you're in the room with the musician or band, or on stage at a concert, with vocals and instruments sounding as if they are all around you. Spatial Audio with AirPods Pro works on any device supporting Dolby Atmos content. When paired with an iPhone equipped with a TrueDepth camera, this sound can be personalized. The TrueDepth camera analyzes your head's unique geometry to create a Spatial Audio profile, which can be easily synced across supported Apple devices.
Dynamic Head Tracking
On compatible devices, this feature gives you three-dimensional audio that's repositioned as you move your head. This equates to a more natural listening experience, and on Group FaceTime calls, it sounds as if you're in the room with friends and family.
Improved Noise Cancellation
With the 2nd generation of AirPods Pro, Apple doubled the effectiveness of active noise cancellation by using noise cancellation mics along with a rear vent to quickly detect and filter out sounds.
Adaptive Transparency
A normal Transparency mode lets outside sound back in so you can have conversations and interact with the world around you. The 2nd generation of AirPods Pro improves this with Adaptive Transparency, which adds a layer of dampening to lower the volume of unwanted high decibel sounds, such as construction sites and sirens.
Wireless MagSafe Charging Case
The included wireless MagSafe charging case has been improved with the addition of a built-in U1 chip and speaker. The chip enables Find My with Precision Finding, which emits a sound to help you locate the case if it's lost. You can also use Find My with Proximity View to quickly locate misplaced AirPods Pro that are nearby. The speaker also offers all-new tones for other functions, such as when the battery is low or when pairing is complete.
All-Day Battery
With active noise cancellation enabled, the 2nd generation AirPods Pro provide up to 6 hours of playback on a full charge, with another 24 hours available within the charging case. Charging the earphones is as easy as placing them inside and closing the lid. The charging case itself can be wirelessly recharged via an (optional) Apple Watch, MagSafe, or Qi-compatible charging pad, or with the included Lightning to USB Type-C cable.

Clever touch controls built into the stems of each AirPod lets you control all of the major features while leaving your phone in your pocket.

We currently do not ship to Iran, Sudan, Cuba, Syria, North Korea, Uganda and Venezuela.

AVC photo video store ships most international packages with Fedex International & UPS International. Shipping fees are calculated on a combined basis of weight, value (for insurance purposes), and destination. Some orders are shipped in multiple parcels. We do not add additional fees to your order if we ship in multiple parcels. Fedex & UPS Mail is also available for many destinations. Fedex Mail & UPS Mail is a hybrid service from Fedex & UPS that delivers to many international countries. The final delivery from this service is by the Post of that specific country.

Drop-Ship items will be shipped to us from our supplier before being shipped to you. Oversized items that don’t fit Parcel Services standards will be shipped via an International freight forwarder via Door-to-Airport or Door-to-Door service, depending on your location. The carrier will call you to inform you of your delivery method.

Fees & Shipping Cost

Your country’s import duties, taxes and fees are never included in the item and shipping totals. For these fees, please refer to our Duties & Taxes section. Original outbound shipping costs are nonrefundable. 

Refused or Returned Deliveries

If an order is refused or returned to us due to inaccurate or incorrect address information or because it was declined or undeliverable, AVC photo video store reserves the right to retain the original shipping/handling fee and to charge the payment method originally used for costs we incur related to the return of the undeliverable packages or merchandise to us.

Signature and Time

All orders are shipped “signature required” upon receipt. International orders received before 7 AM Eastern Standard Time (GMT -05:00) will be shipped the same day. To avoid higher than normal shipping and duties charges, orders containing multiple items will be consolidated in one location prior to shipping. Your order may be delayed by an extra business day. We will notify you via email, if your order will be delayed.
