Westcott has put together this FJ250 250Ws Touchscreen Strobe with FJ-X3 S Trigger for Sony 2-Light Backpack Kit to offer two FJ250 heads, each with an FJ Pro AC/DC battery. The kit also packs a single FJ-X3 S wireless trigger equipped with a proprietary Sony hot shoe mount for Sony cameras. Other essential accessories are included, such as the brand's Rapid Box Switch inserts. A convenient backpack is provided to take it all on the road.

Effortless
Offering a modern and intuitive full-color OLED touchscreen, Westcott's new built-in help screen guide assists photographers of all levels of experience. Portable and easy-to-use, the FJ250 lets you focus on creating instead of navigating complex menus. Another highlight is a native Bowens S-type mount for attaching your favorite modifiers and the inclusion of inserts for quick attachment of separately available Rapid Box Switch modifiers. The FJ250 is Westcott's most portable off-camera flash unit, intentionally designed to keep up with demanding shoots.
Westcott's Most Portable Off-Camera Flash
The FJ250's 9-stop power range (0.98 - 250Ws) in 0.1 and 1.0 increments makes it readily adaptable to a variety of situations. Each flash head is backed by a 1/29,600 peak action-stopping flash duration in a t0.5 freeze sync mode, is capable of 50 fps (camera and power dependent), and supports high-speed sync up to 1/8000 second as well as front and rear curtain sync. Users can also adjust flash exposure compensation (FEC ) by +/-3. Precise adjustments enable full lighting control.
Creative Mask Mode
Just as the advanced models of the FJ strobe line, the FJ250 also packs interesting features. In addition to basic manual and TTL flash modes, other handy settings are available, such as the Westcott Creative Mask feature, a great asset for high-volume and fast-paced shoots. This functionality gives photographers the ability to create up to six lighting combinations without moving the fixtures. Thanks to the FJ250's touchscreen, users can easily control when each light fires in a sequence to capture multiple dynamic looks from a single setup.
Seamless Integration
The FJ250 is part of Westcott's 2.4 GHz FJ wireless system, meaning it can work with all FJ triggers and flashes for a cohesive lighting ecosystem. Control your setup with the included FJ-X S trigger (Sony compatible), the optional FJ-T1 trigger, or the FJ80 speedlight. The Westcott StudioLink app also offers wireless adjustments and advanced functionality directly from your smartphone.
Wireless 2.4 GHz Radio Frequency
The flash head has an integrated 31-channel, 16-group, 2.4 GHz wireless radio frequency with a range of 328'. The wireless system prevents interference with other photographers and allows several individual setups.
Interchangeable Batteries
Each FJ250 runs on a powerful, removable 29.6V, 74Wh, 2500mAh AC/DC lithium-ion battery that will give you 850 full and thousands of low-power flashes on a 1.5-hour charge. Each included FJ Pro battery has LED status indicators to keep you apprised of remaining power. Users can also decide to purchase the separately available FJ ProMax battery with higher capacity to achieve up to 1400 flashes at full power. The FJ250's shared battery compatibility with the advanced FJ400 II/FJ800 units eliminates the need for multiple power solutions, while a convenient AC trickle-charge functionality ensures uninterrupted performance during extended sessions.
12W Bi-Color LED Modeling Light
A 12W LED modeling light is employed with bi-color adjustability from 2700 to 6500K, which allows easy framing and composition for more professional results.
Mounting & Firmware Updates
These monolights have a Bowens S front and come with a 5/8" tilting bracket to mount on separately available light stands, as well as 9mm umbrella receptacles. Also, USB-C ports are present for firmware updates using the included USB-C cables.
Essential Accessories
Separately available accessories across the FJ line system, including shared AC/DC batteries, chargers, and modifiers, are also compatible with the FJ400 II and FJ800, eliminating the need for multiple power and accessory solutions. Each FJ250 ships with a magnetic 5.5" reflector and a gel set (CTO, 1/2-CTO, window green, and diffusion). Inserts are also provided to allow the use of optional Westcott Rapid Box Switch modifiers. Finally, a backpack is supplied to facilitate storage and transportation. The backpack features convenient gear compartments, removable dividers, and padded straps.

We currently do not ship to Iran, Sudan, Cuba, Syria, North Korea, Uganda and Venezuela.

AVC photo video store ships most international packages with Fedex International & UPS International. Shipping fees are calculated on a combined basis of weight, value (for insurance purposes), and destination. Some orders are shipped in multiple parcels. We do not add additional fees to your order if we ship in multiple parcels. Fedex & UPS Mail is also available for many destinations. Fedex Mail & UPS Mail is a hybrid service from Fedex & UPS that delivers to many international countries. The final delivery from this service is by the Post of that specific country.

Drop-Ship items will be shipped to us from our supplier before being shipped to you. Oversized items that don’t fit Parcel Services standards will be shipped via an International freight forwarder via Door-to-Airport or Door-to-Door service, depending on your location. The carrier will call you to inform you of your delivery method.

Fees & Shipping Cost

Your country’s import duties, taxes and fees are never included in the item and shipping totals. For these fees, please refer to our Duties & Taxes section. Original outbound shipping costs are nonrefundable. 

Refused or Returned Deliveries

If an order is refused or returned to us due to inaccurate or incorrect address information or because it was declined or undeliverable, AVC photo video store reserves the right to retain the original shipping/handling fee and to charge the payment method originally used for costs we incur related to the return of the undeliverable packages or merchandise to us.
